Foundation
was
established
as
a
not
for
profit
foundation
in
honor
of
Walter
Morley,
MD.
Prior
to
his
death
in
April,
2001,
Dr.
Morley
was
a
community-based
physician
who
was
extremely
involved
in
clinical
research
and
was
a
Principle
Investigator
for
many
studies
over
a
ten
year
