
Jane Green, Ph.D.
President, CEO
Current
president and CEO of the Morley Research Foundation, Dr. Green has over 25
years in the clinical research arena. She changed careers after 8 years in law
enforcement and began her research experience at the University of Kentucky
in the mid 1980’s. She developed the first community
outreach program through the University. Subsequently she established the first
community based private practice research program in Oncology in Atlanta, GA.
This parlayed into an Oncology based research network that incorporated
community based physicians in seven states. Dr. Green has won several national
awards for her research efforts, severed on national boards, and developed some
of the earliest training and education programs in the clinical research field.

Donald Johnson
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Johnson has been with the foundation since its
inception. He served as the Business
Manager with the Morley Foundation’s parent company, American Medical Research
Institute where he handled accounting and regulatory duties for the site
management organization. He has been
involved in both the clinical and financial training for numerous public and
private hospitals, universities and private clinics. Mr. Johnson has been the liaison between the
clinical and financial teams regarding Medicare, Medicaid, and third party
insurers. Mr. Johnson has also been
involved with numerous audits ranging from those audits nationwide concerning
clinical review, billing, and IRBs. He
is also one of the key developers of corrective action plans for both research
billing cycles and clinical oversight of research trials. His expertise is in regulatory, site
development, auditing, and marketing/business development.

Bill Larkin
Director of Financial Investigations,
Clinical Research
Mr. Larkin has been involved in health care related
investigations throughout his career.
During his time at the New York State Deputy Attorney General’s Office
he was the Chief Auditor for the Syracuse Regional Office, and supervised the
audit/investigations for the Special Inquiry Section and was a Principal
Auditor in the Hospital Division. As
Chief Financial Investigator for the New York County Office of the District
Attorney, Mr. Larkin supervised the audit/investigation of physicians who were
convicted of insurance fraud. He has
supervised audits of hospitals located in rural areas as well as large urban
facilities, skilled nursing homes, intermediate health care facilities, clinics,
physician groups, including hospital based private practice arrangements,
individual practitioners, and individuals and entities related to the health
care industry. Since entering the
private sector, Mr. Larkin has been involved in a number of due diligence and
fraud related investigations for health care clients. Dustin

Kevin G. Hogan, CPA, CFE
Manager,
Financial Investigations, Clinical Research
Consultant to the Morley Research Foundation in the field of
forensic accounting, Mr. Hogan is a retired Special Agent from the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He is a
Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. During his 29 year career with the FBI he
received specialized training and participated in the prosecution of wide variety
of fraud matters to include health care fraud.
He has been certified in both Federal and State court as an expert
witness. Since retiring from the FBI in
2004 he has served as a consultant in the field of financial investigations for
a variety of clients to include the United States Congress House Appropriations
Committee, The Florida Bar, CPA firms, and numerous attorneys.
